Welcome to SWAWED Academy. These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of swawed.com (the "System", "Platform"), including all structural frameworks, master curriculums, dispatches, and tools provided by SWAWED Academy ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing the System, registering for a profile, or purchasing a curriculum, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

1. System Access and Security Protocols

To access the Master Curriculum and premium structural tools, you must initialize a secure student profile.

  • Credential Confidentiality: You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Access Key (password).
  • Single-User License: Your account is for your individual use only. You may not share, sell, or distribute your login credentials.
  • Device Monitoring: SWAWED Academy employs active multi-device session management. If our security architecture detects unauthorized distribution or simultaneous access from highly irregular IP addresses, we reserve the right to instantly revoke your device sessions or permanently terminate your account without refund.

2. Intellectual Property & The Knowledge Architecture

All content housed within the SWAWED platform—including but not limited to video lectures, written frameworks, real estate protocols, code snippets, downloadable tools, and the True Black UI design—is the exclusive intellectual property of SWAWED Academy.

  • Limited License: Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the curriculum for personal, educational purposes.
  • Zero Tolerance for Piracy: You may not copy, reproduce, record, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of the SWAWED curriculum. Any unauthorized distribution will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

3. Financial Protocols (Payments & Refunds)

  • Pricing: All prices for curriculums and tools are displayed on the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Access Execution: Upon successful payment processing, access to the digital curriculum or tool is granted immediately.
  • Refund Policy: Because our frameworks and structural tools provide immediate, downloadable, and consumable value, all sales are final. Refunds are only granted under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of SWAWED Administration, or if explicitly stated otherwise on a specific program's checkout page.

4. Educational Disclaimer

SWAWED Academy provides institutional-grade education, including guidance on home-buying, real estate protection, and digital scaling. However, this content is strictly for educational and informational purposes.

  • We are educators, not your personal financial advisors, lawyers, or real estate brokers.
  • Frameworks and protocols shared on this platform do not constitute formal legal, financial, or investment advice.
  • You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and due diligence when executing real estate transactions or business operations. SWAWED Academy shall not be held liable for any financial losses, legal disputes, or damages resulting from the application of our curriculums.

5. Exit Protocols (Account Deactivation & Deletion)

You maintain full control over your data. Through your dashboard Settings, you may initiate an Exit Protocol at any time.

  • Deactivation: Temporarily suspends your profile. You may recover it by logging back in.
  • Permanent Deletion: Schedules your account and all associated data for permanent eradication (Standard: 90 days; Expedited: 7 days). Once the execution date passes, data cannot be recovered. We reserve the right to retain basic transaction logs as required by tax and compliance laws.
  • Administrative Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SWAWED Academy, its founders, administration, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the platform.

7. Modifications to the Architecture

SWAWED Academy reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time to reflect updates to our system architecture or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify active users via email or a system dashboard alert. Continued use of the platform after changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.
