SWAWED Academy invests immense capital, time, and operational bandwidth into the research, development, and structuring of our Knowledge Architecture. As such, we vigorously protect our intellectual property and strictly enforce the boundaries of how our system assets may be utilized.

By accessing swawed.com, enrolling in a curriculum, or consuming a public dispatch, you are legally bound by the operational boundaries set forth in this Protocol.

1. Exclusive Ownership

All content hosted, delivered, or transmitted by SWAWED Academy is the absolute and exclusive property of SWAWED Academy and its founders. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Structural Assets: Master Curriculums, video modules, operational protocols, PDF frameworks, code snippets, and audio recordings.
  • System Architecture: The underlying platform code, the True Black user interface design, custom plugins (including our Content Sharer and Dashboard engines), and visual aesthetics.
  • Brand Identity: The SWAWED name, SWAWED Academy, our geometric "S" logo, and all associated brand marks.

2. The Single-User License

When you purchase a Master Curriculum or access a restricted framework, you are not purchasing the content itself. You are purchasing a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to access and consume that content for your personal, educational use.

You may deploy the knowledge and protocols learned from our systems into your own business or real estate endeavors. You may not deploy our actual materials, videos, or raw frameworks.

3. Zero-Tolerance Piracy Doctrine (Prohibited Actions)

Any violation of our intellectual property rights will trigger an immediate administrative response. Under no circumstances may you engage in the following prohibited actions:

  • Unauthorized Distribution: You may not copy, share, sell, rent, lease, or distribute our curriculums, login credentials, or downloadable frameworks to any third party, including friends, colleagues, or business partners.
  • Content Extraction: You may not use screen-recording software, scraping bots, downloading tools, or any other method to extract and save our protected video or textual content outside of our secure infrastructure.
  • Derivative Works: You may not re-package, re-record, modify, or repurpose our educational frameworks and sell or present them as your own original intellectual property.
  • Brand Infringement: You may not use the SWAWED Academy name, logos, or brand aesthetic in a manner that falsely implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with your own operations.

4. Automated Enforcement & Penalties

Our platform utilizes advanced backend telemetry, including multi-device session tracking, IP logging, and digital watermarking, to monitor the integrity of our intellectual property.

If our systems detect unauthorized scraping, credential sharing, or intellectual property theft, your account will be subject to an Immediate Exit Protocol. Your access to the platform will be permanently eradicated without refund, your IP address will be blacklisted, and SWAWED Academy reserves the right to pursue total financial damages and legal recourse under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Reporting Infringement

If you believe that SWAWED Academy's intellectual property is being illegally distributed on a third-party platform, or if you believe your own intellectual property has been improperly utilized within our system, please alert our administration immediately so we may execute a takedown protocol.
