At SWAWED Academy, we treat your privacy with the same rigor and structural integrity as our curriculums. This Privacy Policy ("Protocol") dictates how we collect, process, protect, and ultimately eradicate your personal data when you interact with our System (swawed.com).

By initializing an account, accessing our dispatches, or purchasing a curriculum, you consent to the data practices outlined in this architecture.

1. Data Acquisition & Media

To provide a premium, secure educational environment, we collect specific tiers of data:

  • Identification Data: When you initialize an account, we collect your platform alias (username), legal name, and primary email address.
  • Financial Data: Payments are processed securely via third-party financial gateways. SWAWED Academy does not directly store your raw credit card numbers. We retain basic transaction histories for tax and account fulfillment purposes.
  • Behavioral Data: We track your progress within the Master Curriculum and log which frameworks you "Save" or "Acknowledge" to generate your personalized dashboard experience.
  • Media Uploads: If you transmit imagery to the platform (such as updating your identification avatar in the Profile Settings), you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. System administrators and other authenticated users could theoretically extract location data from images hosted on the server.

2. Cookies and Local Storage

Our platform utilizes functional cookies strictly to maintain the integrity of your session and enhance your user experience. We do not use intrusive third-party tracking cookies to sell your data.

  • Authentication Protocols: If you visit our login page, we set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies; this contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we set multiple secure cookies to save your login information and screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select "Persist Session", your login will persist for two weeks.
  • Tracking Cookies: We utilize a minimal, localized cookie (rjsp_recent_views) strictly to power the "Recently Reviewed" section of your dashboard, allowing you to easily resume reading dispatches.

3. Embedded Content from Other Sites

Dispatches and curriculums within the System may feature embedded external protocols (e.g., video players, external frameworks, data charts). This embedded content behaves identically to a direct visit to the originating platform.

These third-party nodes may aggregate data about you, utilize their own cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, particularly if you maintain an active account and are logged into their networks simultaneously.

4. Utilization of Data

SWAWED Administration utilizes your data strictly for the following operational protocols:

  • To execute and deliver the Master Curriculum and digital tools you requested.
  • To power the automated Multi-Device Security system, logging IP addresses and User Agents to alert you instantly of unrecognized logins.
  • To transmit vital system updates, password recovery links, and administrative notices.

5. Data Retention Timelines

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Protocol:

  • Structural Data: Your profile configurations, curriculum progress, and saved frameworks are retained perpetually while your account remains active, ensuring uninterrupted access to your Knowledge Architecture.
  • Financial Logs: Transactional data is preserved for a minimum of 7 years to satisfy international compliance and tax mandates.
  • Security Logs: Active session data and IP logs utilized by the Device Security panel are routinely purged or overwritten as sessions expire.

6. Data Disclosure & Third Parties

SWAWED Academy does not, and will never, sell your personal data.

We only share your data with trusted third-party infrastructure providers necessary to operate the platform (such as our secure hosting environment, email dispatch services, and payment processors). These entities are legally bound to strict confidentiality protocols.

7. Security Architecture

We have implemented an institutional-grade security architecture to protect your information. This includes encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), hashed password storage, and an active Device Management terminal in your dashboard that allows you to manually sever unrecognized connections. However, no digital transmission is mathematically infallible; you must maintain the confidentiality of your Access Key.

8. Data Sovereignty & Your Rights

You maintain absolute sovereignty over your structural data. Through your Profile Settings and direct requests, you possess the right to:

  • Access and Modify: Review and update your identification data and avatar at any time via your dashboard.
  • Data Portability: You can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
  • The Exit Protocol (Data Erasure): You may schedule your account for permanent deletion via your dashboard. Upon initiating the Exit Protocol (either the 7-day expedited or 90-day standard timeline), our automated chron-engine will irreversibly purge your profile from our active databases. Note: This does not include any data we are legally obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

9. Modifications to this Protocol

As our digital infrastructure scales, we may update this Privacy Policy. When structural changes are made, the "Last Updated" timestamp will be revised. For critical modifications regarding how your data is handled, we will transmit a direct notification to your registered email address.
